TTiffani Johnson serves as the Director of Professional Learning for Newton County Schools. She brings over 20 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, instructional coach, and most recently as the Senior Director of Programs for a leading nonprofit that supported over 73 schools across metro Atlanta. A former Division I student-athlete and award-winning basketball coach, Tiffani blends discipline, leadership, and empathy in every space she leads. She is also the founder of Xplore Your Core, an educational consulting firm focused on leadership development and team-building. Known for her engaging and practical approach to professional learning, Tiffani is passionate about equipping educators to lead with clarity, connection, and purpose. Tiffani’s experience in various positions allows her to speak from multiple perspectives. She is a sought-after facilitator because she brings positive energy, authenticity, and relatability.
